Please note that our Windows FTP servers require Passive Mode to be enabled in your FTP client. If you are using FileZilla 2.x, you can find this option in the Site Manager, by selecting a site and clicking on the Advanced button. In FileZilla 3.x, you can globally select the transfer mode by using the Settings -> Connection menu.
